Here is a Strawberry Smoothie that is loaded with STRAWBERRIES.
To begin, use a high speed blender:
Toss in frozen strawberries
Add a ripe banana
Pour in a bit of water (add more as needed to your liking)
Sprinkle in chia seeds and flax seeds to your liking
Blend until blended well.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
If you would like a thicker smoothie just use frozen banana or instead of water use ice cubes.
